  • Senior Analyst ~ Growth Enablement Team, Full-time Feb 2022 - Present

    Took the role of tech expert of the team for prototype development and services integration. Supported team members and other employees as a consultant on software development, business intelligence and digital solutions.

    1. Designed tech stack to evolve from PoC to MVP level a web application aimed at making financial models training more easily available for business users. Made architectural decisions on the development environment while contributing as full-stack web developer.
    2. Continued managing the team's three servers including the entirety of self-hosted services, while also adding a new JupyterHub (TLJH) service to support the data science projects.
    3. Developed a PoC low-code Power Apps application for the Know Your Customer (KYC)/Anti Money Laundering (AML) research teams located in Romania.
    4. Developed a Model Risk Management (MRM) PoC dashboard build with Power Bi for a Northern-European bank that received high-praises from the client and partners, leading to the creation of a new business relationship for the company.

    Took the role of tech expert of the team, providing advice and decision-making related to the development and enhancement of our projects. Mentored junior members.

    1. Extended Know Your Customer (KYC) Django web app features as tech lead which required the know-why understanding of the business, technical knowledge of web design, Postgres database principles, API consumption and design, and Linux server deployment.
    2. Managed and operated the team's three Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 Linux instances and set up self-hosted services such as Gitlab, NextCloud and pgAdmin for internal team development and deployment of demos to clients.
    3. Developed a Tableau Value at Risk (VaR/SVaR) dashboard for an international Japanese bank as part of an ambitious digital transformation project. Acted as the integration liaison between the data engineering and the business analytics teams, also cooperating in the database design.

    3. Developed and delivered Enterprise Resource Planning & Management (ERPM) Power Bi dashboard for an international Canadian bank, working on the requirements gathering, visual design, business logic interpretation and implementation, and delivery, while acting as the technical bridge between the client, management and the development team.
